For over 175 years Cunard has set the highest standards of onboard luxury and service. And, having recently invested over £80million refitting the iconic Queen Mary 2, they asked us to retell their brand story through an immersive digital experience.
We conducted research into the needs and behaviours of modern ocean travellers and used the insights to improve the whole customer journey.
By putting consumers at the heart of the process we developed an experience that was designed by them, not for them, and so ensured they could enjoy the luxury of a Cunard cruise long before they stepped onboard.
